This CONVERTER includes and extra cigarette lighter socket on the case of the converter, which makes up for the times when the unit has to block the car's cigarette lighter socket when in use; a handy feature. This is a well regulated circuit supplying these voltages: 1.5, 3, 4.5, 6, 7.5, 9 or 12 Volts DC. The unit is short circuit and overload protected, and has an LED (red) pilot light to indicated "on". A set of coaxial plug adaptors should fit most small radios, CD players, calculators, etc.
